Dan Clayton is a Harvard graduate majoring in Computer Science. As a successful IT entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Clayton is skilled at the continuous innovation of internet applications. His recent employers include DigitalNetTV( one of the founders, CTO, buy-out in 2004) , ClairNET ( IPTV business), where he was  in charge of the organization’s  R&D products; and the  development of overseas business transactions.  Mr. Clayton currently resides in Los Angeles, California providing expertise in emerging technology offerings.  He was previously based in Beijing, China,  where he managed a team of 50+ PhD and Master’s level developers; created and developed,  global innovative video search technology now protected by 9 patents and 18 pending patents.
