Susan Munn is a respected and decorated former Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer.  Susan is the President and founder of CompassQ Inc a Resilience and Security service company.  She  has 35 years experience as a security professional in: ultra-high value asset & personnel protection, programs and facilities, technology, cyber and security systems.  With the RCMP she served postings in Canada, Australia, Africa, and Europe.  Her expertise includes criminal and federal statutes, national security, protective (VIP) policing, diamond security and intelligence operations.  Her post RCMP career includes: Director of Security and Facilities Services for the Bank of Canada, Senior Director Security and Loss Prevention Purolator Canada, and Senior Vice President Global Security and Loss Prevention at Harry Winston Diamond Corporation.  Susan has: an MBA from the University of Ottawa Telfer School of Management, a Certified Protection Professional designation from ASIS International, and a Graduate Certificate from the Security Executive Leadership Program at Georgetown University.  Susan is co-founder, facilitator and advisor for the Canadian Security & Intelligence Leadership Program at the Telfer Centre.
